Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create a Miel account and when you attend an evening.

Who we are

Who can use Miel
You must be 18 or older. You confirm your age when you set up your account, and giving a false age ends your account without refund.
One account per person. Accounts cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
What a ticket buys
A ticket reserves your seat at one scheduled evening. It does not guarantee a specific number of conversations, specific other guests, or any match.
We may cancel or reschedule an evening when too few people book. If we do, you get a full refund.
DRAFT: prices, the refund window and the cancellation policy need your decision.
Conduct
The community guidelines are part of these terms. Harassment, nudity, recording other guests, and hate speech end your account immediately.
A host can remove you from an evening at any moment if you put another guest at risk. No refund is due in that case.
DRAFT: the no-show policy, our proposal being a warning after two missed evenings and a temporary booking suspension after three, needs your decision.
Recording
Miel does not record video rounds. You may not record, screenshot or stream another guest.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
Law
DRAFT: governing law and jurisdiction need to be set with your legal entity.
