Do I need to download anything?: No. Miel runs in your normal browser on a phone, tablet or computer. On an iPhone use Safari, on Android use Chrome.
How many people are at an evening?: Between sixteen and twenty. That keeps the evening to around an hour and means you meet everyone.
Can other guests see me before the evening?: No. There is no browsing, no profile feed and no way to search for other people. The scheduled evening is the only way you meet.
What happens to my answers about who I would meet again?: They stay private. The other person learns your answer only if they also said yes.
What does a ticket cost?: Pricing is not set yet and will be shown on each event when booking opens.
Can I get a refund?: The refund and cancellation policy will be published before the first evening goes on sale.
Which languages does Miel support?: English and French today. Each evening states the language it is hosted in.
